April 2015 - Such a very long and traumatic experience. From the time I presented in the ER till the time I had surgery to remove my fallopian tube and ovary I was treated horribly. The absolute worst part was when I was given the results of my ultrasound in a BROOM CLOSET. Apparently there was no private rooms available. The ultrasound tech told me that my pregnancy was ectopic and I needed surgery. She left me sobbing and alone in the BROOM CLOSET, while she went to call the Doctor.
I now suffer from PTSD from the whole experience and have problems going to the Doctor or hospital. I never spoke up about what happened to me to anyone but I should have.
